We consider time dependent Schroedinger equations with linearly increasing smooth magnetic potentials and quadratically increasing singular scalar potentials. We give sufficient conditions on the potentials: i) for the existence of a unique unitary propagator; ii) for the propagator to preserve the domain of the harmonic oscillator.
