Integrable many-body systems have been discovered in the 1960ies. Physically these are one-dimensional fine-tuned fluids, so to have an extensive number of local conservation laws. While many beautiful and surprising results should be cited, roughly a decade ago the non-equilibrium statistical mechanics of integrable fluids started to flourish. In my introductory presentation I will outline some key features, as generalized Gibbs states, quasiparticles, and hydrodynamic properties.
