Computer Center - Research Area
The Computer Center (research area) provides support to the research groups. Facilities are used every year by more than 400 users, including teachers, researchers, postdoc, visiting professors, PhD students, students of degree courses and of master in Scientific Computing. Software applications include main compilers, packages of symbolic math and computer algebra, specific products and libraries for numerical computing, and utilities for processing graphics and images.
The cluster of Turing Laboratory is available to users that need high performance computing.
All services are accessible from dedicated workstations in the computer rooms and remotely.
The printing services are provided by laser printers connected to the department network.
